Hello lovelies! Today I wanted to share my night time skincare routine, not going to lie to you guys, I seriously neglected my skincare for a good few weeks, I wouldn't take my make up off and I just couldn't be bothered to look after my skin. I have always been blessed with clear skin but it slowly started to catch up on me.

Snacking can be our biggest down fall when it comes to our health and fitness goals. It`s so easy to reach for convenient foods that aren't necessarily the best options. Don't get me wrong I'm all about balance so it's never wrong to enjoy cookies and ice cream once in a while. Today I wanted to share with you 3 of my healthy go to snacks that take only minutes or less to make! So no more excuses because these snacks are so convenient.
