My Winter pamper routine

Hello loves! Today I wanted to share with you my at home pamper night routine. I'm a firm believer in making time for yourself, I usually go all out once a week with my pamper routine, you name it face mask, fake tan, mani pedi, I do it all! There's no better feeling than being all pampered out.

Step one: Set the atmosphere

Would it really be a pamper night without candles? If you asked my husband how much money I spend on candles he'll say "way too much". I also love to make myself a cup of tea (or wine) and take it to the bathroom with me. I like to put on a relaxing playlist or Netflix but I'm in need of a new TV show to watch (I highly recommend Wentworth).

Step two: Pimp your bath

I'm a huge fan of bath salts/bath bombs, pretty much anything that makes my bath smell divine.

I'm also a huge fan of Saje products, they're products are made with essential oils so they smell so incredible! Just sprinkle a few tablespoons of these salts into your bath and boom.. your bathroom smells like a spa.

Step three: Face mask

I like to put my face mask on first so that I can keep it on for a while, to reap the most benefits.

I was at the drugstore and wanted to put an affordable face mask to the test. I picked up the Freeman Charcoal and black sugar polishing mask. It's a mask and scrub in one. This has quickly become one of my favorite drugstore masks, it leaves your skin feeling so clean and smooth, it helps get rid of dry skin and gives your skin a glow.

Step four: Exfoliating

Once a week I love to exfoliate my whole body in preparation for my fake tan. I've been using this body scrub from The Body Shop from they're British Rose collection and it smells like Turkish delight (drool). I use this in combination with some exfoliating gloves to get rid of all my dry skin.

Step five: Haircare

If you saw my Monat Hair review you'll know how much I've been loving my results from these products. If you haven't seen it you can read it here.

This shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling so clean and healthy that I don't feel the need to use any other hair care products.

Step six: Tan it up

If I was only allowed to have one beauty product for the rest of my life it would be fake tan. Personally having a tan helps me to feel more confident.

I love to have a bronze glow all year round, but unfortunately can't afford to spend all year on vacation (the dream, I know) so St.Tropez tan is the next best option.

This is hands down the best fake tan I have tried so far.. I love the scent, it's not sticky, dries fast and it also leaves you with a natural olive colour (no more orange streaks)

 Step seven: Nail it!

I destroyed my nails when I wore fake nails so it took a long time to get them back strong and healthy. One thing that has helped my nails massively is the OPI nail strengthener, I apply two coats once a week so this bottle lasts for a long time! Top with your favorite nail polish.

Finally when I'm all pampered out I like to curl up on the couch with my hubby and binge watch our favorite TV show. We recently just finished watching Breaking Bad and I'm disappointed that Morgan didn't convince me to watch this show sooner...pretty sure we got through the entire series in 2 weeks.

How often do you have pamper nights? What products do you use?
Let me know!

Thanks for stopping by,
