Victoria Secret Style Make-up for Less

Everyone is always in awe of the Victoria Secret show once their Fashion Show aires, and who wouldn't be?! They glow like no other! We all want that healthy glowing appearance so here is my Victoria Secret Style Make up for Less.

Starting with foundation I wanted to achieve that flawless dewy finish! I had actually used a self tanner the day previously as a base, I am a St Tropez  junkie but I decided to switch it up and try out the Million Dollar Tan Cabana Tan Extreme, which I will get around to doing a review on!

I was in the drugstore and was up for trying out a new foundation, so the Maybelline Fit Me Hydrate and smooth in the shade 230 natural buff was the one I chose, I wanted one slightly darker than my skin tone to blend in with my self tanner. If your and avid user of self tanner then I suggest keeping a darker foundation in your make up kit to match your tanned skin.

For concealer I used my Rimmel hide the blemish concealer, my aim with this was to conceal any flaws, not to highlight, Victoria secret models make up is always natural looking.

For brows I took my Maybelline 'The Nudes' palette you can probably guess which one I used for my brows (it's the one getting the most love) I used my Eco tools angled brush to slightly thicken my brows, I find that using powder to fill in brows will give you a much more natural appearance.

For the eyes I took my Physicians Formula shimmer strip in Natural Nude. This is the most gorgeous highlighter and doubles up as eyeshadow!

I took the darkest shade in the strip I placed it in the crease of my eye with my Elf Flawless Concealer Brush, I like to use this brush for eye shadow as it is big and fluffy perfect for blending, even better it was only $4!

I then took a light shade and placed it just under my brow bone, don't over do this step.

I placed a gold shade just on the center of my lid to draw attention to the center of the eye. To smoke the look out a little I mixed the gold shades with a darker shade and simply brushed it under the eye. Be sure to blend, blend, blend.

For a little definition I went back to my Maybelline eye palette, I used the matte dark brown colour, again on my Eco tools angled brush and simply brushed it along my top lash line, and blended to smoke it out.

Time for mascara.. I used my all time favorite drug store mascara Maybelline Lash Sensational. The only downfall I will say about this mascara is that I found it dries out fairly quickly, but the formula is still a winner.

What would a Victoria secret look be without lashes? Remember we still want to keep this natural looking, so I took my Ardell Demi Wispies, but I cut them in half and just placed them on the outer corner of my eyes, just to give the eyes a little lift.

To make a start on the glowing skin I used Physicians Formula PH Matchmaker Bronzer, dusted it all over my cheekbones, temple and down my nose to give a sun kissed look. I then focused the Revlon powder Blush in Classy Coral on the apples of my cheeks.

My favorite part of this whole look.. Highlighter! I used the same product as I used on my eyes I mixed all the shades together and went a little crazy with it only top of my cheek bones, down the bridge of my nose and my forehead. This highlighter gives the most insanely beautiful glow and it officially my new favorite highlighter, and it is only $15!

Finishing of the look with some natural lips, I lightly lined them with Annabelle's lip liner in Natural Rose, To complete the look I chose Doutzen's Nude Lipstick from L'oreal Paris, the perfect VS nude lip. This lipstick is very sheer so keeps things looking pretty and natural.

Before and after! I love VS style make up because it just enhances our natural features, there is no completely changing our appearance, this look allows you to just work with what you already have!

This is the perfect feel pretty make up, it is so versatile, quick and easy. You can tone it down by taking out the lashes and swapping foundation for tinted moisturizer, or liven it up with a little heavier eye make up!

Do you like this look? Did you watch the Victoria's Secret fashion show? Would you try this look yourself? Let me Know!
