At Home Fat Burning Plyo Circuit

This short fat burning workout can be done from the comfort of your own living room, with no equipment needed.

I personally love plyometric movements as they really burn out the leg muscles and keep your heart rate up! Try adding this routine into your weekly workout. I like to repeat this circuit 3 times for that ultimate can't breath.. can't walk feeling ;)
